Kids develop different "moves" for handling bullying—some become mediators, others defuse with humor or kindness. This work maps which combinations actually work to break the cycle.
This means schools can stop treating bullying as a one-size-fits-all problem and instead help young people find their authentic way to build resilient peer relationships.
