What is MyGrocery?

MyGrocery is your household grocery inventory — a shared list of what you buy as a home, kept up to date by everyone. Order online or in store? Most carts start empty, so items get forgotten. MyGrocery holds your staples and regulars in one checklist. Flag what you need for this order, copy the list, and shop with the full picture — not from memory alone. Use it with whichever shops you already use: supermarket, delivery, market, or a mix.

How it works

  1. Create a household, name it, and pick who lives there — we add a sensible starter inventory.
  2. Invite family or housemates by email — everyone shares the same list.
  3. Keep the list current: add what you buy, remove what you do not, tick when you are stocked.
  4. Before an online or in-store order, flag what you need this time.
  5. Copy the flagged list into your shop’s app or take it to the store.

Everyone in the household sees the same list — no side thread to chase.

Who is it for?

Families, couples, and housemates who order groceries online (or in store) and still forget items because the cart never remembers your household. Also for anyone done with grocery lists scattered across chat apps.

What makes it different?

  • Your household inventory — a durable list of what you buy, not a new scrap every week.
  • Fewer forgotten items — review your full list before checkout, flag, then copy.
  • Shared in real time — add once; everyone sees it on the next order.
  • Your shops, your way — not tied to one supermarket brand.
  • Simple by design — checklist first; no recipes required.
