We built kofamilia to fix that for ourselves first.
It is a planning workspace for solo founders and micro-teams running more than one product at once. Organise work as Products → Projects → Tasks, so everything has a home and nothing lives only in your head. Switch between a Kanban board for daily flow and a Gantt timeline when dates and dependencies matter.
Sprints keep you focused — commit a small slice of work, then ship. You can still mark a task for Today from task detail when you need a tighter daily list, and blockers stay visible until you resolve or snooze them so nothing quietly stalls.
