Who's Really Taking Those Vitamins? (Spoiler: It's Not Random)
Supplement users aren't just a random slice of the population — they're a specific tribe with its own income, lifestyle, and food habits. Treating them as "just people who take pills" misses the whole story.
This means studies comparing supplement users to non-users might be confusing correlation with causation, and we need smarter research designs to figure out what actually works.
