How neural networks learn to solve tricky physics problems on weird graph-shaped networks

Imagine trying to solve a puzzle that lives on a map where cities are connected by roads, and some physics rules apply at the cities and along the roads — but you have to learn it all at once. That's what QGPINNs does, letting AI figure out the answer.

This means researchers can now use neural networks to solve complex nonlocal equations that appear in materials science and quantum systems, without hand-coding every constraint.
